We process orders quickly, typically within 0-1 business days

DOMESTIC: Please allow additional transit time for national holidays, inclement weather, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

EXPRESS: The fastest option available via our partnered third-party couriers for VIP fulfillment. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

INTERNATIONAL: International shipping times are shown below and are estimates only.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Methods (estimated delivery times):

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 5–7 business days
  • Express Shipping (Domestic): 1–4 business days
  • Same Day Shipping (Western Sydney): Up to 24 hours

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
PST Wholesale does not ship to P.O. Box addresses. A physical residential or commercial address is required.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers are typically active within 48 hours.

  • If you do not receive tracking updates within 3 business days (domestic) or 10 business days (international), please contact us at pstwholesalestore@gmail.com.

Customs & Duties on International Orders
PST Wholesale is not responsible for customs or duty fees imposed by the destination country. Customers may be liable for these fees, which may not be reimbursed. Please contact us if you encounter such charges.

Damages During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged or non-functional due to shipping, contact us within 3 business days of receipt so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Lost or Stolen Orders
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items confirmed as delivered by the courier. Reimbursements or replacements are not guaranteed. At our discretion, we may provide documentation or affidavits if needed for claims.
